If you are just performing inhale and exhale exercises daily for only 10 minutes, you know what can be the result ? just believe me, result will be positive, and how you can say that it will for surely be positive ? because once you inhale and exhale,( i.e inhale and exhale only one time ) your respiratory system works, and it will reduce ” 1 GRAM OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT ”  yup!! isn’t it interesting ? now you can calculate how many times you can inhale and exhale and how much body weight you can reduce per day :)
