1. Move your body as a daily challenge for you. Climb the stairs rather then escalators or a lift.Spend some time with your family, if you have kids, thats a really nice tip for you, play with your kids for sometime. It does not mean that if your body is moving, its not a fitness tool. Moving body or doing exercise help in removing stress. Spending some small amount of time from your daily busy shchedule will give a kick start to your fitness lifestyle. Spend 45 minutes in a GYM or dance class, and yes ! you will change your life style, try out this method and post me once you are able to see change in your life style.

2. CUT FAT : Yes its that simple what you are thinking, just avoid fried foods that you eat daily … ya ya, you must be thinking that how it can be so easy to avoid such delicious food in a day ? No No, i am not saying to just full stop you fried food, take 5 days time, keep on decreasing the quantity of fried food you eat and the day will come when you will not consume the junk food !! Avoiding fried foods clear all the barriers for you to cut fat. Burgers and other fatty meats . Dairy products like cheese, cottage cheese, low fat milk and cream should be eaten . Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited quantities. The low-fat versions of butter substitute, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise as such are available.Dont go for a DIET but just STOP the unwanted fat products !
